جائزة أوسكار تقدمها سنويا أكاديمية فنون وعلوم الصور المتحركة وتعتبر من أهم و أقدم الجوائز في عالم السينما والترفيه ، و أيضا فإن البعض يتخد جوائز الأوسكات كتقييم لمجموعة من الأفلام من حيث الجودة و بغض النضر عن سنة 2015 الذي كان هائلا ، سيكون هدا العام 2016 أيضا مليئة بالمفاجئات و بالمتعة .
من خلال الحفل الـ 88 السنويّ لجائزة الأكاديمية الشهيرة لفنون وعلوم الصور المتحركة تم الإعلان اليوم عن قائمة جوائز الأوسكار لعام 2016 ويقال أن الحفل كان من استضافة الكوميدي كريس روك للمرة الثانية في مسيرته حيث قيل أنه لولا مساعدة بعض الفنان في فقرات متنوعة لكان الحفل مأساويا للأسف الشديد فشل في الاقناع كما في التقديم وأيضا من الناحية الفكاهية .
وتمكن فيلم الأكشن والخيال العلمي Mad Max: Fury Road لجورج ميلار من حصد الحظ الوافر من الجوائز وصلت لستة جوائج ، لكن الحدث الأكبر كان هو تتويج الممثل ليوناردو دي كابريو بجائزة الأوسكار الأولى في مسيرته عن فيلمه The Revenant , وتأتي الجوائز كالتالي :
